I'm in love with these leaves

 Aren't these leaves just amazing!! Fall seriously has made me one happy girl this year. Fall is one of my fav seasons, as it is many other people fav too. But my next fav season is on it's way in! Winter!! Yes my next fav season IS winter. Sure I know you are all calling me crazy (my husband does every time I tell him I can't wait for snow) but here are the reasons why I love winter
1. It lets me bundle up, I LOVE jackets and coats!2. The earth gets dusted with a fresh layer of snow, which is sooo pretty3. The air is clean (for the first half of winter, the inversion is ugly in Jan/Feb)4. Indoor fires are so romantic5. Snowboarding (if I'm not pregnant by then…yes we are still trying :(  
Come on, you can't say that those things aren't amazing! Ok here's hoping for an over abundance of snow this season! (sorry for the over use of exclamation marks haha)

Poncho Lovin

When I put this poncho on my husband said 'You're just going to be wearing a blanket today huh?' I said 'umm ya! Why not?'  I love love this poncho. I feel like it's a piece that not everyone has completely extinguished yet. It's not the kimono or the fur vest. I'm sure it will get there one day, but as for right now I'm going to enjoy its difference from the world of fashion.

I've always loved anything to do with space; stars, the planets, the sun, supernovas, NASA, and spaceships. I know call me a nerd, my husband calls me space nerd all the time. When I was in high school (yes high school) I painted my bedroom walls dark blue and bought 5 packs of glow in the dark stars and put them all over my ceiling and walls. Not only did I stick them on the ceiling but I also hung them with fishing wire. It was so awesome at night, especially when I had the window slightly opened and there was a small breeze.  So with that all said, this post is dedicated to the space nerd in me. 

Adventures in a skirt

East Canyon was so gorgeous yet so low! I might have flashed a few drivers as they zipped by when I was climbing down to the water in this skirt. oops…I also might have slipped half way down the mtn too bc these shoes are smooth like butta. No worries, my ass is ok and so is my camera. I would have been pissed if I broke the glass on my lens. 

Here's to adventures and those moments that allow you to get away and just enjoy the beauty.
